Caroline Monson joined Sorenson in 2025 and works to build the firm’s brand through marketing, communications, and platform initiatives. Her experience spans building brands at both startups and large corporations.
Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Caroline was the brand manager at Awardco, a Utah-based software company. Before Awardco, Caroline held brand-related roles at Under Armour, Kroger, and baggallini.
In her personal life, Caroline splits her time between active and creative hobbies. If she’s not doing pilates, yoga, or enjoying time outdoors with her family and two dogs, you can find her sewing, quilting, or trying new recipes. She is also an avid traveler and is always looking to explore new destinations.
Caroline’s love for brand building comes from her education at North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in fashion and textiles, with an emphasis in brand development
