Bio

PJ seeks out visionary founders who inspire teams from the ground up. He believes that in a landscape where the barrier to developing advanced software is so low, human capital becomes the true differentiator. The best founders inspire their employees to drive proactive product innovation, deliver superior customer service, push sales, and generally exceed expectations. While strong CEOs are crucial, their ability to empower organizations is what sets leaders apart.

“An ideal founder leads their team into the unknown with confidence – a confidence that is so important for performance, morale, and ultimately retention. The greatest founders also have a fire in their stomach and a confident edge, allowing them to hone out the noise and doubt that they will certainly face along the way.”

PJ is particularly excited about the evolving supply chain software ecosystem, which sits at the intersection of geopolitical dynamics and technological innovation. With reshoring efforts driven by energy independence and tariffs, major enterprises are rethinking everything from raw materials sourcing to distribution networks. He believes this creates immense opportunities for software providers to capture greenfield market share and help companies optimize their supply chain. Whether it’s addressing single-source dependencies, mitigating geopolitical risks, or enhancing traceability with innovations, like the EU Battery Passport, the sector is ripe for transformative efficiency gains.

“I define success from the impact I am able to have on those around me. In the past, even connecting two people that I think could help one another has been just as rewarding as the models and materials I have worked on during live deals.”

In his free time, he enjoys adventure, “whether it’s a summer on the Outer Cape in Massachusetts or a cross-country road trip with friends,” he’s all in!
