Tom Pierce

Tom Pierce joined Sorenson Capital in 2010 and currently leads the firm’s finance and compliance departments, and oversees all financial and tax reporting to Sorenson Capital’s investors as well as reporting to the SEC. Since joining the firm in 2010, Tom has held various positions, including Tax Director and Vice President of Finance and Tax. Tom has served as a Partner since 2022 and CFO of Sorenson Capital since 2016.

Bio

Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Tom was a Tax Director at PwC.

Tom loves spending time with his family outdoors, where they enjoy hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, snowmobiling, and cycling.

He received a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude.
